I’m Brian, a pianist and singer based in San Diego. I perform for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner and receptions. We can keep things to piano and voice, add another musician, or include DJ music later in the evening.

The ceremony
Piano, vocals, or a little of both for the arrival of your guests, the processional and the walk back down the aisle. We’ll talk through the songs and the timing together.

Cocktails & dinner
Familiar melodies and piano-led songs while people catch up. The volume leaves room for conversation, and the music can grow with the gathering.

Later in the evening
A first dance, requests, a sing-along, or DJ music for dancing. We’ll choose the combination that suits the evening you have in mind.

Solo piano and vocals are a simple starting point. If you’re imagining two voices, I also perform with soprano Shay Avelina as a wedding singers duo. A trio, dueling pianos with Tom Bagley, and DJ service are other ways to build the evening.

The practical part
Piano, Sound & Planning
If your venue doesn’t have a piano, I can bring a weighted digital piano, a mini-grand shell and sound equipment. We’ll confirm the space, power, access and timing with the venue. Outdoor performances need shade, dry conditions and a weather backup.
